About Bears Doing Human Things

The up and coming powerhouse known as Bears Doing Human Things are on a warpath, making sure that everyone in the state of California and beyond knows their name and that they are a force to be reckoned with. Based out of Auburn, Ca. the band takes heavy influence from the traditional hardcore of the 80’s as well as the modern experimental metal scene of today. Mixing elements familiar to “Animosity”, “Converge”, “Maylene and the Sons of Disaster” and “Job For A Cowboy” to get an original sound that devastates with searing guitars, technical machine-gun drumming, and razor sharp vocals that never ever let up. Bears Doing Human Things has played with such acts as “Killing the Dream” (Deathwish, Inc.), "Animosity" (Black Market), "First Blood" (Trustkill), “Dance For Destruction” (Former members of Pipedown, Bound by the Black Rag Records),"Give Em' Hell"(Westcoast) “Catherine”(Rise Records), and “Arsonists get all the Girls”(Century Media Records). So far, each show, and the bands Debut EP “Team Carnivore” have all been DIY, showing the bands persistence to have their name and ground breaking music heard. Bears Doing Human Things are ready and willing to tour with an already vicious fan base in the Sacramento area, selling over 150 copies of aforementioned EP after only being out for 2 months. BDHT will play with any bands to any crowd and win them over with their over the top stage performance and are looking for a label/management company that shares their enthusiasm.
