209Vibe has your tickets to the Central Valley's biggest party.

XFest 2008 is scheduled for July 19, and it’s set to feature 50 bands, musicians and DJs performing on seven stages spread throughout 15 blocks in downtown Modesto. At least 15,000 people are expected to attend.
